#AskTheExpert my daughter weight is 12 kg only and height is 89cm. she is 3.5 years. Is it normal?? what should I do to increase her height and weight. Thank you in advance

A. Weight is fine. Make sure the child eats well and is physically active. Weight may also be impacted by genetic factors. Some kids may be on the lower percentile of weight even though they may be Hale and healthy. Height Mainly depends on genes. You can give healthy balanced diet and include nuts, dry fruits and Protein rich foods in his daily diet. Also make the child involve in activities where he can hop often. Yoga asanas like tadasana, bhujangasana, Bitilasana, marjariyasana will improve the height.
