#AskTheExpert my kid is 4 years old and has cold from many days . It’s diagnosed as allergy rhinitis. Could you please suggest some safe medicines to use

Cold is most of the time because of some viral infection or allergic condition and symptoms are usually sneezing, running nose, nasal congestion and fever. cough along with throat irritation are usually associated . Treatment consists of antiallergic antipyretics analgesics and decongestants medicine . As a home remedy steam inhalation would be very usefrul . Medicines like wikoryl / tminic / Alex cold can be used in a proper dose for 3-5 days as per thef symptoms . Steam inhalation is repeated frequently .
