Hi mommy Avoid giving any candy or chocolate Give three meal and two snacks Having a new food near their plate Having a small amount of the food on their plate Touching the food Tasting the food will make him eat new food Offer different varieties of food in different shape colours pattern to make meal more interesting Let child be hungry
