#asktheexpert My kid is 2.4 year old. Still all the teeth are not present. Is this normal

A. your child should get all the 20 teeth at least by the age of 3 years otherwise also it is mandatory to visit a dentist at least once every six months

A. Most babies will develop teeth between 6 and 12 months. Typically, the first teeth to come in are almost always the lower front teeth (the lower central incisors), and most children will usually have all of their baby teeth by age 3.
