Please give your child seasonal fruits and vegetables make sure he's active throughout the day also, give him small and frequent meals which are nutrient dense. Example - banana peanut butter milkshake, eggs on toast, rava kheer with nuts, dry fruit ladoo, cheese paneer frankie, soya chunk pulao etc.
