Hello mom vegetables are one of the most important natural foods .. they can be given in various forms to them such as soups , or make a purée and add in dough to make them into colour ful chapati or Puri etc or Idli or dosa as well c also you can make some stuff paranthas, same can be done with rice

Serve vegetables alongside foods that your child is familiar and comfortable with will make him eat.
involve your child in making prices of vegetables.. or even plant some veggies in home kitchen.. of possible.
Mix veggies into favorite meals of your kid.
Try veggies warm, cold, frozen, roasted, steamed, sautéed, with dip, in different shapes, etc.
change the appearance of regular veggies you serves..
