#asktheexpert my is ont speak yet he is 2.5 years old he doesn't even say amma abba ...I consulted with many pediatrics after examin they declared mild autism...

Just because your child does not have proper speech that does not mean your child is autistic when the child is autistic they don’t listen to you they don’t pay attention to you they do not respond to their they do not make an eye contact they don’t understand anything so this is the situation then it could be mild autism for that I’m going to recommend you strongly to take a homeopathic treatment from a good Doctor Who has a sense of knowledge about this kind of a thing also you should take a speech therapy for the child
