#asktheexpert my infant is 5 month old now. what kind of food and nutrients we can provide for his growth and development. Can you provide me that chart or list so it could be used for him. I am also breastfeeding him but I did not feel he was full of stomach.

breastmilk is only food you can provide for Healthy growth of your 5 months old Baby
please don't give anything to eat or drink other than the breastmilk at this stage of age
as you are having low milk supply, I would suggest to start taking supplements like leptadin tablet or shatavary granular with warm milk twice in a day for this
