A. at this age you have to offer everything which is made at home to your child. you have to give 500 ml milk everyday and you can either give milk or milk products but the amount should be total of 500 ml you have to give at least one and half katori rice and one katori dal everyday you have to give at least one and half katori vegetables everyday you have to give at lleast one and half katori wheat/roti products to the child everyday you have to give at least two fruits everyday you can go for different recipes and flavours according to your local delicacies and diets you can add ghee as well as dry fruits to the diet.

A. good morning I would recommend that you should try to give milk and Milk products and you can add some supplement to the milk including complan this will help to make sure that the child has a good height
