POOJA GOSWAMIMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hairfall after pregnancy is normal due to hormonal changes. To reduce it, include protein and vitamins rich diet and variety of liquids. Massage scalp with a mild oil like coconut or olive oil and wash with sulfate free shampoo. Do not use heat and chemical treatments. Do no comb wet hair. Applying onion juice once a week will help too.
