Q.
Dr my hair was falling from after the delivery. now my baby is one year 3 months. still my hair fall was not reduced. could you please suggest any remedy for this.

POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 6 m old girl4 years agoA. Hairfall after delivery is common due to hormonal changes in the body. To reduce it, first make some dietary changes and include protein, iron and calcium rich foods alongwith lots of fluids. Massage scalp with mild oil like olive, coconut or almond oil twice a week and wash off with sulphate free shampoo. Do not comb wet hair and do not use heat and chemical treatments. Applying onion juice once a week will help too.
