#AskTheExpert my friend's son has a spot in his right eye. the physician told it could be cataract and surgery would be possible only after the child is 1 year old. what do suggest could be the possible reason for cataract and what should be done

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl4 years agoA. no reason. it s congenital cataract and you can't do anything about it. you for this should see a pediatrician as it s not possible and difficult to comment upon with out a examination and so for treatment it s a must.
