NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy2 years agoA. hello some kids are slow weight gainer and if the child is active than it is not a problem and make sure to give your child healthy and nutritious well balance food in the diet and any concern it would be better to talk with your doctor and he can guide accordingly
