#AskTheExpert my daughter will be 2years now, yet my post pregnancy hair fall didn't stop. my hairs have become very thin die to bunch of hairs falling everyday. can you help with any remedy. i m consuming vit E, calcium and multivitamin tablets everyday.

Hair fall is very common after delivery in such case you should definitely add more iron and multivitamin supplements in your regular diet and you should also start doing a massage with coconut oil. And also apply aloe vera on or before bath it will help in reducing hair fall
