#asktheexpert my daughter was born on 2nd August she regained her birth weight(2.46 kg) after 12-13 days , Now she is 28 days old and her weight has barely increased to 2.6 , please suggest what to do.

A. Namaste Mom, Initial days after birth they loose weight & then gradually they tend to put on weight, monthly gain range between 300 gm to 1 kg & by age of 4 to 6 months they double their birth weight
