#asktheexpert My daughter’s birth weight was 3kg and now she is 1.8 years and just completed 9.35kg weight. How to increase her body weight

A. I'm no expert, however I have an opinion. Your daughter is perfectly alright as she is growing rapidly physically & emotionally and as long as she doesn't show any signs of tiredness, sickness or lack of interest in her routine activities. If you are judging your child's weight by the comparison of any benchmark or WHO standard, well don't bother much, As they are meant for reference indicators. If she is not eating enough protein based nutritional food take up a doctor's advice on how to improve her food diet. Best of Luck

A. weight of the child is perfect according to the age of the child if your child is otherwise active and also getting all the sufficient requirements and eating all the food whatever is being prepared at home need not to worry over this is
