hello doctor, my baby's birth weight was 3kg. now he is 2 months and 8 daya old and his weight is 3.5kg. what should I do to increase his weight

A. Hi mom, for the weight gain in infants , you should exclusively breastfeed your baby till the age of 6 months as it is important for their proper growth and development and also hels in gaining weight, you should also eat healthy and balanced diet

A. Hi mom Feed after every 2-3 hours interval or when demanded by the baby for weight gain. Feed for longer time from one breast so that baby gets both fore milk and Hind milk. Hind milk is rich in fat and thicker which will help in weight gain of the baby. Then switch to the other side to feed ur baby.
