Q.
Birth weight of my baby boy was 2.7kg...now he is one month old old and his weight is only 3kg.. what should I do to increase his weight....

Ru Only giving breastfeeding to the child and if you are than the weight gain is very less according to that so I’m just going to advise you to consult your lactation doctor start giving formula feeding if it is required if your breast feed is not sufficient it’s always good to start giving formula as well
