Q.

#asktheexpert My daughter poops as soon as I put her on a fresh diaper. Do toddlers have sensation of peeing and pooping and do they have control over this at the age of 1 yr 10 months? When do they start conveying that they need to use the washroom?

A. They don’t convey till the time you don’t teach them you cannot expect that they’ll come and tell you I want to poop and urinate they don’t understand these things because they’ve always been kept in diaper only or you have this habit of doing it into their clothes so you have to teach a child to toilet in your child and by this age you should actually start doing it you should avoid using diapers
