A. Hi, make your own timetable so that you can cover different type of veggies, fruits, pulses so that baby get all the nutrients. Give five solid feed like breakfast, morning snacks, lunch, evening snacks, dinner in smaller quantity. And gradually you can increase the quantity on babies intake. With this include liquids like fresh fruit juice, milkshakes, buttermilk, soaps. Try to give home-made and fresh food which is best for kids growth and immunity. Also take your baby out to play for one hour to two hours in a day which is very important.
