#asktheexpert my daughter is healthy and bit heavy for her age. Should I be worried?

A. Hi mom U can correct the weight. Avoid giving high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food. Indulge ur child in some physical activity like hanging, stretching, running, cycling etc. Weight will be fine.
