Sanaya is 13 months old and her weight is 6.30 kg, what can be done for her to be little bit healthy.

A. Hello mam, If the baby is active , achieved all the milestones, not getting sick frequently then u need not have to worry about it Just keep the diet of the child nutritious and healthy Avoid excess use of biscuits and chips and sugar

A. Hello good afternoon !! Babies triple their birth weight by one year. Don't worry about weight if baby is active and achieving milestones. Feed 3 meals solids. Include protein, calorie rich foods for weight gain.. Fruits and vegetables (banana, apple, carrot, potato, pumpkin, beans), lentils,dry fruits, idly,ragi,egg, meat ,milk and diary products (cheese/ghee/curd/butter/paneer) increases weight.
