A. Hello mom make sure she is mostly on home made foods , and seasonal fruits and vegetables are one of the most important part of her daily diet as they are one of the best sources of vitamin and minerals which are indeed helpful to build your immune system . Also apart from that you may give different type of dals , healthy millets , dry fruits etc turmeric milk , tulsi water, home made kadha etc
