U Should give proper proteins fats and cards to the child Phiber should be there to balance it along with that you should go ahead with multivitamin and iron supplement also ask your doctor if they can advise you with some supplements which is going to help in building in better immunity for the child turmeric milk genuinely works quite good so you can go for that also twice a day
