A. hi it happens because of low level of physical activities ,not taking or chewing food well or because of taking gas generating food. so , encourage your child to do more physical activities. avoid giving heavy food items. and bakery food items. keep your child well hydrated give natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk banana etc more give tiny piece of ginger with pinch of salt and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning
