Q.

#AskTheExpert my daughter is fuspspy about eating vegetables, although she eats dal roti rice chicken paneer etc. What could be the issue. also how do I make her sit and eat especially during pandemic when always wants to play around.

A. After 1 year 9f age, gradually you can start with all the foods you prepare at home ,which are easy to digest ,nutritious, less oily, less spicy. Keep including seasonal fruits vegetables proteins in the diet on regular basis. Keep giving few probiotics like curd buttermilk or yogurt. These are rich sources of natural probiotics.Consultation with doctor personally , is required because examination of the baby is necessary to arrive on a conclusive diagnosis and prescribe accordingly. Maintain adequate hygiene to prevent risk of infection and stay safe
