#AskTheExpert My daughter is falling sick often. And her body weight is also going down. What can I do for increasing her immunity?

A. Give her only home food which contains all nutrients. Include milk, full fal yoghurt, paneer, soya, all daal, seasonal vegetables, fruits, dry fruit, desi ghee, oats, suji, daliya,. All food is important for the kid to have immunity. Ask for supplements for sometime to regain strength in body
