#asktheexpert my daughter is completed 6 months so should I give her cerelac it is safe or not.

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello father yes now weaning foods can be introduced to them not a problem . But would suggest to initially start with some liquid consistency foods such as dal or rice water or vegetable soup or fresh fruit juices and ones when the baby gets used to it you may move to semi solids and mashed food
