you can start with wheat cerelac as it is easy to digest..
as you start with give a spoon then after 3-4days two spoon then after 3-4days three spoon..
in similar way give once in a day then twice a day then thrice a day..
you can give ragi porridge wheat porridge rice porridge Dalia sabudana boiled mashed puree fruit and vegetables..
remember to introduce one new food one at a time..
