Neelam ChinnappaMom of a 7 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. thank you for reaching out to us with your question the first six months are exclusively for breastfeeding so after your baby complete 6 months you can start with solid I would suggest that you go for home cooked meals instead of store-bought products as they are much more healthy and not loaded with sugar
