#asktheexpert My daughter is 9m old..her solid intake is good and also she poops 3times a days..still she is bot gaining enough weight..she is 7.8 kgs only.. what can I feed her fir weight gain?

A. for good Growth of the child it is important that the child should get proper nutritional requirement which is very important for the growing child specially iron and vitamin D is required for better growth and cognition . also there is role of other micronutrients. one should ensure that the child should get a proper balanced diet which contains all types of nutrients essential for growth. any kind of infection specially any chronic infection should be ruled out and trevated which may hamper the fgrowth otherwise. after 2 years of age you can give some powder like kids Pro/ prohanvce junior mix in milk twice a day for one or two months.
