#AskTheExpert hello mam,my baby is 7.5months old, he is not gaining weight.started solid food and giving 3times a day..plz suggest nutricious food n meal plan..thank you

A. Hello mom babies by the age of 4 to 6 months of age and by one year they triple their birth weight. It takes time for babies to get used to solids.
