Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. baby passing stool after every meal is normal Some babies may be passing stool immediately after feeding this is because of gastrocolic reflex present in babies as the baby will be growing it will come down

Vritika AroraMom of a 5 yr 2 m old child3 years agoA. Hi dear mom Yes this is very much normal in babies to pass out motion after every meal. If ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise, accepting feeds, gaining weight then no need to worry. Give curd, coconut water, Banana etc to improve the digestion of the baby
