A. Hi, give more fibre and calcium rich food. Make a timetable so that you can give different type of veggies and fruits each day. Include egg white every alternative day. Exclusively breastfeed. Take a tablespoon of castor oil and 2 tablespoon of coconut oil lightly warm the mixture and keep it aside. Apply to hair and gently give a massage leave it for 15 to 20 minutes and give birth. Always use lukewarm water to give head bath. Expose your baby to sunlight for about 15 to 20 minutes in a day. Give adequate liquid like fresh fruit juice made at home, water, coconut water, Dal water and keep your baby well hydrated which is good for skin and hair.Write Your Answer Here
