#AskTheExpert My daughter is 6 yrs old. Slender and tall. She always gets cold and coughs and mucus in the lungs. How to keep her healthy. Bananas, grapes and oranges are often allergic. kindly tell us which is good to feed her to build immunity and make her strength and energetic
