#AskTheExpert my daughter is 4 yr old.fussy eater...she dont eat everything she is very selective with veggies and still dnt eat by herself.. is it normal??

A. thats normal. Then you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workoutyou can show the baby to a pediatric doctor who will check and find the right diagnosis and treat well

A. Hello dear parent! Include green leafy vegetables, seasonal fruits and vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Let the child be physically active as much as possible and feel hungry before the next meal. Involve your child in family meals to encourage healthy eating. Be patient and persistent in your efforts,
