#AskTheExpert my daughter is 4 mths old..n itseems she always has her nose blocked.. weird noises from nose . n also she catches cold also too often.. what may the reason .. inspite of saying not to put oil in nose . my elders don't listen n pour one drop of oil in her nose. what should I do. ? pls suggest

You may keep a bowl of chopped onion near her bed approx three feet far over night
take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning
don't expose her to winds and dust
breast feed her well
