at first , please ensure that your child gains enough weight or not.
because there is difference between to look thin or weak and to have low weight gain.
if your child looks happy , active and gains enough weight then no need to worry about his or her appearance.
because for a child ,it is more important to stay healthy and active then any other things.
so please focus on healthy development of your child.
for healthy weight gain,
offer starch rich food like boiled potatoes,sweet potatoes,rice to your child.
give energy dense fruits like apples banana papaya etc to your child.
add dairy products like paneer curd ghee milk etc in your child's diet.
give massage to your child daily.
maintain good hygiene.
