#asktheexpert my daughter is 3 years old, she only prefer to eat wheat roti and rice, she eat all type of fruits but she doesnt like vegetables, how to make her meal nutritious?

A. veggie are important in out routine diet. Serve vegetables alongside foods that your child is familiar and comfortable with will make him eat. involve your child in making prices of vegetables.. or even plant some veggies in home kitchen.. of possible. Mix veggies into favorite meals of your kid. Try veggies warm, cold, frozen, roasted, steamed, sautéed, with dip, in different shapes, etc. change the appearance of regular veggies you serves..
