#AskTheExpert my daughter is 3 n half months old. I’m giving her my feed n bottle (aptamil ) too. She sometimes gets cranky n I feel if she wants to have something else, can I start banana when she is 4 months complete??

A. Dear parent, no, 4 months is not the right time to start giving banana or any kind of top food. You should continue with breast milk / formula till 6 months.

A. Dear ma’am, not necessary. Solids can be started after six months completion. Crankiness could be due to various reasons including colic pain or growth spurt etc. encourage more skin to skin time. As long as she is having appropriate weight then nothing to worry
