A. It’s common for 2-year-olds to go through phases of rejecting food due to teething, growth changes, or asserting independence. Offer small, frequent meals instead of forcing large portions. Try serving colorful, fun-looking plates with a variety of textures and include foods she likes. Avoid distractions like TV or mobile while eating. Encourage family meals where she sees others enjoying food. Keep mealtimes calm and pressure-free. If this continues for more than a couple of weeks or she shows signs of weight loss or fatigue, consult a pediatrician.
