#asktheexpert My daughter is 2 year old and she often gets cold and fever..we gaveher calpol and sinarest usually. .what is the solution for this

A. Hello dear parent! Maintain a good personal hygiene for your baby, make your baby wear comfortable clothing as per the season. Give your baby a well balanced healthy diet that includes green leafy vegetables, seasonal fruits and vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy. Keep your baby hydrated all through the day. Include all food groups in your child’s diet to improve immune system. Speak to your doctor for further advice.
