#AskTheExpert my daughter is 11 months old. she is not increasing height. she is not eating properly. May I know the diet plan for 11 months old to increase the height.

A. Whole Grains: Whole grains, dals, and pulses are a good source of protein, iron and vitamin B. All of these nutrients promotes the development of a child and boosts his/her metabolism. If you want to increase your child's height, then include dals, and pulses in a daily diet.
