Q.

#AskTheExpert my daughter is 1 year old but she looks like 6 months babye . at the time of birth she was healthy 3 kg baby but day by day she is not growing well..why I don't know..!!

A. For a one year old baby, give 3 main meals + 2 snacks a day. Give breast milk, top milk in between and on demand. With milk intake limited up to 450 ml per day only, Keep atleast 3 hour gap between two solid feed. No food restrictions, can give everything. Don't cook separate for ur baby, give him or her same food what your eat . do daily massage,n sufficient play time

A. As long as she's a healthy eater, there shouldn't be any cause for concern. A lot of children are naturally thin. Chances are, your child will fill out as she gets older.
