#AskTheExpert my daughter is 1 n half months old…my daughter doesn’t latch properly and sleeps after few mins.. this continues even when I wake her up.. which takes hours together.. so I am expressing the milk and feeding her.. is it ok??

Squeeze your nipple frequently
Make sure there is enough flow
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm
