#AskTheExpert my daughter has some gastric issue she is 2 yr 10 months old she frequently wants to vomit when she wakes up in morning, and didn't want to eat or drink anything in morning

Don’t force to eat
Let her be hungry
Give well balanced nutritious food including fat carbohydrates protein
Make meal time fun with toys
It is normal for children to be fussy eaters But they will probably be less fussy as they get older Offer fussy eaters a few healthy options and let them choose what to eat Pleasant low stress and regular mealtimes can help with fussy eating
