#asktheexpert my daughter doesn't take milk and any mikk products .. I'm worried she is under weight too and won't take any veggies too

If the child doesn’t want to have milk or milk product it’s okay you always have other options to replace milk products you can go for non-dairy products and vegan diet is also good to be given so that is not an issue but if your child is not going to have veggies proper diet then it is a problem in that case you have to figure out a way to feed these things because till the time the child is not going to eat well the growth is going to be suffered because of that
