A. diet alone can't meet nutritional requirements of a growing child. you should start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. offer more liquids and fruits

A. Hello dear parent! As long as your baby is active and healthy, accepting foods, reaching milestones then nothing to worry. Give 3 meals and 2 small snacks in a day. Include all food groups in your child’s diet that is staple in the family. Give your child a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated all through the day. Good luck and take care.
