The family should have all meals together so that the kid learns good and healthy eating habits from parents and siblings. Persistence is the key. Keep offering the same food 10-15 times and one day, the kid might just start eating it.

Let her play with the food and make a mess and this is how she will learn to eat independently. Offer colourful foods and cut foods into different shapes using food cutters. Offer different textures of foods. Offer foods in colourful plates or colourful bowls as colours attract the attention of the kid.
