#asktheexpert my daughter 9 yrs old she is not much active as she is to be .she feels tired everytime even she eats everything in food and have milk everyday what can I do for her please give me some suggestions

A. she feels tired as being active thorough out the day.. keep the baby well hydrated increase the water intake.... gv fresh juice coconut water lemonade rice water... u cn gv oral rehydration solution to baby take care
